Prior to joining the Graham Company, Colby held a Vice President role in the employee benefits practice at USI Insurance Services. He began his career at Marsh McLennan Agency, where he specialized in developing strategies to reduce Medical and Pharmacy expenses for National Corporations. Colby graduated from Temple University with a major in Risk Management & Insurance. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife Kay, daughter Sonny, and dog Bear.
