Georgetta is the Founder and CEO of TurningPoint Transformations where she brings together her deep experience in Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources by providing expertise in the alignment and execution of organizational strategies to support business goals and objectives. She leverages innovative organization development and strategic change solutions to support organizations, leaders, and teams as they navigate the complexities of operating in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments. She also offers direct coaching and development to individuals and leaders.
Georgetta is an adjunct professor for the Master of Business Administration and Master of Strategic Leadership programs at Cabrini University. She has been a keynote speaker at several conferences including the Philadelphia Women’s Leadership Summit and the International Leadership Association (ILA) Global Conference. She is the recipient of the International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC) Edgar Schein Award for best student presentation for her dissertation on “How the Experience of Loss Impacts Leadership Style(s)”. She has been a guest on the CX Leader Podcast episodes “Enabling Your Employees” and “Making it Personal” and has a published article in the CX Leader Blog titled “Seize Opportunities to Deliver Value with your CX Program”. She is a board member of a start-up non-profit organization, Hockey Dreams, which supports access to mental health services for young athletes.
Georgetta holds a Doctorate with distinction in Organization Development and Change from Cabrini University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Georgetta lives in the Philadelphia region with her husband Craig and their dog Decker. They enjoy spending time at the New Jersey shore, running, riding their bikes and any fun outdoor activity. They also enjoy traveling when time permits and exploring new cities and seeing new places.
