SPEAKER

Jeremy Deck is a Vice President at HUB International, specializing in commercial risk management, employee benefits, and HR consulting. With over two decades in the Army, Jeremy’s leadership and operational expertise culminated in his role as Food Service Director at the US Military Academy at West Point. Transitioning to the corporate sector, he began his civilian career with Anthem BlueCross BlueShield before joining HUB International, where he has excelled in developing insurance solutions for commercial clients.
Jeremy is also a Trusted Advisor with Vistage Worldwide Inc. and actively engages in community service. He mentors veterans through American Corporate Partners and serves on the board of Eating for Your Health, a Princeton-based nonprofit. Additionally, Jeremy is involved with the Business Council at Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School and participates in local business chambers.
Jeremy holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Pembroke. A native of Berks County, PA, he resides in Mercer County, NJ, with his wife Mariah and their four children.
