Alyssa Mastrangelo has been with Contemporary Staffing Solutions for 12 years and is currently the National Recruiting Director of our Professional Staffing Group. She is responsible for leading the overall recruitment strategy and operations across multiple regions to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our clientele. She has successfully implemented innovative recruitment programs to drive results and proven success around our client base in the professional services sector. She is dedicated to fostering team growth, implementing standard operating procedures, and driving process improvements to meet critical business metrics.

Aly Reinhard is the Regional Recruiting Director at Contemporary Staffing Solutions, with over eight years of experience. She leads two Recruiting Directors and their teams, focusing on meeting business quotas, optimizing recruitment pipelines, and driving operational efficiencies. Aly excels in using analytics to improve recruitment strategies, developing SOPs, and fostering strong client relationships. Her leadership emphasizes continuous improvement, team performance, and collaboration with Account Executives to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience.
