Amy J. Gopshes, SPHR

Amy’s breadth of human resources skills and experience is somewhat unique in that it spans multiple industries, workforce demographics, company cultures, and business challenges. As a strategic business partner and director, she brings to the table hands-on HR generalist experience covering everything from payroll, health and welfare benefits administration, safety, organizational design and workforce planning to building HR departments from the ground up. With over 25 years of Human Resources experience, Amy is passionate about HR and serving others. She is owner of AJG HR Consulting LLC (since 2012). Her company offers training and development, administrative HR support, payroll support and on-demand HR services. Amy and Ray have been together and married for 23 years. Their greatest blessing is their 21-year-old daughter, Alexis who is in her third year of college at University of South Carolina (studying Business with a minor in HR). Their four-legged daughter, Luna (the dog) is very beloved.
