A prolific speaker, webinar and conference host, HR industry leader, entrepreneur, and co-author of How to Turn Your HR Department into a Profit Center, Scott Rosen is the founder and president of the Rosen Group, established in 1995. Over the years, the Rosen Group has grown into a leading staffing and consulting firm specializing in HR.

Before founding his own company, Scott spent 12 years in corporate America, with the first half focused on operations management at Prudential and Cigna, and the second half in HR management roles with Reliance Insurance Company, Travelers Mortgage, and GE Capital. Scott is also the founder and one of the managing partners of the HR Department of the Year Awards—now in its 27th year—honoring excellence in HR performance in the Philadelphia area.

Throughout his career, Scott has made a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of HR professionals and is on a mission to elevate the value that HR professionals bring to this honorable field.
