Over the years, the Rosen Group has grown into a leading staffing and consulting firm specializing in HR.

Before founding his own company, Scott spent 12 years in corporate America, with the first half focused on operations management at Prudential and Cigna, and the second half in HR management roles with Reliance Insurance Company, Travelers Mortgage, and GE Capital.
