Christina Croft is an accomplished business educator and leadership professional with over 20 years of experience spanning sales, management, human resources, and organizational development. Her career includes senior roles at Xerox, Strohl Systems, SunGard Availability Services, and Magic Hat Consulting, where she excelled in client engagement, strategic growth, and executive mentorship. At West Chester University, where she has spent the past decade, Christina brings real-world business perspective to the classroom—preparing students to lead and adapt in an evolving workplace. She was recently recognized by her peers for Innovation in Education, reflecting her commitment to experiential learning and talent development. Christina holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University. She is deeply passionate about leadership, lifelong learning, and shaping the next generation of business professionals.

Jessica Ryan, Organizational Development Manager, Superior Plus Propane

Jessica Ryan is an Organizational Development Manager and strategic HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions at Superior Plus Propane.
