Summary
Do goals stall despite strong intentions? Many leaders and organizations struggle not because of a lack of strategy, but because of unseen resistance to change. In this interactive session, participants will explore why progress breaks down and how HR can play a pivotal role in moving strategy forward.
Using the Immunity to Change © framework, attendees will identify an improvement goal that would make them more effective at work and examine the hidden assumptions and behaviors that hold them or their teams back. Through guided reflection and coaching-based exercises, participants will gain practical tools to build ownership, align leadership teams, and drive meaningful, sustainable change that supports business strategy.
Expect to leave energized, with greater self-awareness and a repeatable framework HR professionals can apply with individuals, leaders, and teams to strengthen execution and organizational impact.
Key Takeaways
- Identify common forms of resistance that limit individual and organizational goal achievement.
- Apply the Immunity to Change framework to support employee development and leadership effectiveness.
- Evaluate how deliberate development practices can improve alignment, accountability, and business outcomes.
