Summary

Employee wellness is often discussed in isolated categories, but in practice, mental, physical, and financial wellbeing are deeply interconnected. This interactive panel brings together experts in emotional resilience, physical health, and financial wellness to explore what holistic wellness means in the modern workplace and how organizations can support employees in meaningful and practical ways.

Through a moderated conversation and audience interaction, panelists will share insights on common misconceptions about workplace wellness, low and no-cost resources employers can leverage, and simple habits employees can incorporate into their workday to improve overall wellbeing. HR professionals will leave with practical ideas and actionable strategies they can take back to their organizations to support healthier, more resilient, and more productive workforces.
