This hands-on session will show HR professionals how to move beyond one-off prompts and build AI into the rhythm of their everyday work. Attendees will learn how Projects can hold the context, instructions, resources, and guardrails needed for an ongoing HR responsibility and how scheduled tasks can help recurring work happen more consistently.

Using practical HR examples, participants will build a simple Project and explore how scheduled tasks can support recruiting, employee communications, manager support, learning, policy work, and more.
