Lifework Integration is a conversational approach to exposing the workplace stress and disengagement “work-life balance” is responsible for.  Our speaker will add perspective to the “future of work” by taking a pragmatic look at the rise of technology as it merges with the increase of human value inside today’s organizations. Keith Campagna will entertain and educate your audience by leveraging our speakers 20+ years of working with more than 1,000 HR, Finance and C-suite leaders, along with stories that come from my iheart radio podcast called the Geeks, Geezers, and Googlization.

Along with explaining why HR needs to reshape today’s employee experience, he will provide entertaining anecdotes about the obvious and not-so-obvious impact stress has on all of us. By focusing on the mindset of the workers, not their workload, he explains why programs like Lifework Integration provide the building blocks companies needed to build out exciting company culture.

Included in the talk is the history of work-life balance, why philosophy inside businesses is now making an impact across the globe, and how modern technology and science are changing the very definition of work.  Oh, and dragons. There is a story about dragons too.

Speaker(s) Biography:

Keith Campagna currently co-hosts the Geeks Geezers and Googlization podcast that focuses on the future of work weekly.  The 9-month-old podcast now has over 7,000 monthly listeners and is one of iheart radio’s 2019 fastest-growing podcasts.

Keith is a  presenter speaking to Insulation and Contractor Associations about recruitment and retention.

In 2018, Keith also presented a DisruptHR talk about the impactful changes recruiters need to consider in order to produce results. It became a #1 ranked most-watched presentation.

As a Jobvite Regional Manager, Keith publically spoke in front of 100’s of HR leaders on behalf of this Silicon Valley-based software company known for Recruitment Platform technology.  Topics include the need to keep the H back in HR.

Keith has been a guest on other podcasts including the Sell or Die podcast and JoyPowered podcast (July ‘19).  For over 20 years, Keith has worked with HR, Finance and Executive teams looking for ways to improve their employee’s productivity. Since 2016, Keith’s journey placed him in the middle of today’s talent market, giving him a unique and realistic perspective regarding the curious emergence of the rise in technology along with the increased value of human connectivity.
